ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):

What are ‘cemetery requirements’?

Every cemetery has its own set of rules and requirements as to what they will (or won’t) allow on their property. Usually, this is because they want to establish and maintain in aesthetically pleasing atmosphere on their grounds, or it may have to do with state, county or city codes and regulation, etc.

Always check with your cemetery before purchasing a monument or maker to see if they have ‘special requirements’ such as size. For example, your cemetery may require that all markers on their property must be ‘made of cast bronze’ or they may require certain size (or other) specificiations. Before ordering, please check with your cemetery.

Why aren’t prices listed on your website?

Overall, we have very good pricing on all of our products. If we didn’t we would not compete on the internet. However, prices are not listed on our website because of several factors including the following:

  • Stone is an imported textile material which inherently means that you price of stone fluctuates dail.
  • Monuments and markers on our website and promotional materials are highly customer-configurable. For example, you may lik the double upright you see, but you want to add two vases and 12” thick instead of the standard 8” thickness. Or you may want a diamond-etched portrait, which incur an additional cost.
  • Several cemeteries in the state of Washigton are our customes and have requested that we do not advertise prices.
  • Tax and shipping must be taken into consideration when applicable.
